Unable to withdraw 6500 credits, should have been automatic.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit since you went above 5000 pending Credits, there is no longer any need to request one manually, so the button has been removed. Since your Credit event occurred
on the third, it will be a part of the end of month deposit.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5000, they are automatically scheduled to be
deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request one.

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your Czech Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of
registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency,
it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
