Unable to watch movies and update billing info

I am sick and tired of wasting my time trying to find solutions to Microsoft's problems...

I purchased a movie on MS store and of course it is not so easy to just watch it. I got errors several times on my PC (0x1000d431 and 0x1000eafb) and I couldn't watch the movie at all, even if I tried with 3 different browsers.

Then I thought that maybe using my Xbox and connect to my Xbox Live account would be a solution, but that didn't work either. When I connect on my xbox, my movies library is empty - it is not showing my latest purchases. I tried the most popular solutions
I found online, like downloading again my profile, deleting system cache and so on, but nothing worked.

Furthermore, if I try to purchase something on my xbox, I need to fill in billing info (which I already filled in while using my PC) and the only available country is USA...

I tried to cheat and fill in postcode and address from USA but when I need to pay, both my paypal and Credit card are rejected (probably due to security reasons).

I checked the regional settings on my xbox and they are correct (Sweden).

I am going crazy...I really want to purchase stuff but Microsoft is just refusing my money and making my life miserable.

Unable to watch movie

I rented Casino from Xbox video app last night, streamed in SD and am unable to finish watching it. A third of the way through the movie, the audio cut out, and when I tried to restart the movie, it would not load. Xbox tells me my connection was lost, but
I have run a check on that and everything is working fine. I would like a refund.

• What you've tried so far: Restart of internet, console and look at the forums, seems to be a common problem and is not listed in the error code section.
  

Getting the error code: c00df243 when i try to launch/watch the movie.
I have only 23 hours left to watch the movie from this point, but no matter what i do i get the same error code.
It costed me 49,- NOK
what is the real issue? never had the problem before the newest update. is it possible to get a refund, since im unable to watch the movie?
