    Unable to view downloaded episodes on 360


    Two days ago I purchased two of passes of the anime ‘Highshool DxD’. After talking to Xbox support we both came to the conclusion that the only way to get the full two seasons was to download the two seasons onto my HD. The current one that I had did
    enough room, so I bought other one yesterday. After download 2 or three episodes successfully, I attempted to view them only to find myself unable to so. I tried viewing through the system video player.

    What do I need to do to view the episodes?

    Unable to view downloaded movie

    I use xbox video on my Lenovo laptop (yoga 13) with Windows 8. I have a few movies that I have downloaded with the intention of watching later. For a few of them (not all) I keep getting an error code when I try to open the file using the Xbox video app
    'Can't play movie you have used up downloads for this item. To redownload buy it again.' the error code 0xc101a7d3 comes up. I would appreciate any help in figuring out how I can watch these downloaded movies without me having to buy them again using a different
    movie service provider.

    I'm able to watch/stream the video and the rest of the season on the Xbox 360 with no problems.

    If I wanted to download them on the Xbox 360 I would also be able to.

    However, when I attempt to watch the sixth episode on the Windows 8 App, I'm then being asked to purchase it.

    Which in turn makes it so I'm unable to view it on Windows 8 or download it.
