Unable to view ANY sale

it has been quite some time that I have been unable to see any of the sales with my Xbox 360. I always get error code 807b0194 (some content is temporarily unavailable) . the summer sale just hit and I'm curious to see what's in stock. how may I remedy this
situation?

Profile, store, one guide, and, games with gold tile are inaccessible.

New development: Am unable to view any profile including my own.

MajorNelson.com however with that specific error. Please try this guide as it can help with that error.

Hi All and Mister Mascot,

This error has been there from the start when I joined the preview program, I use the web site to see the adds on sales for games then purchase, using the new Ultimate sale add is no different, the error is still there,

807b0194 -

it only happens on game sale adds not movies adds or music, also it can be on any tile the small one where games for gold is same error, when games for gold or any other add is there its fine.

Error code 8C230002 is up there,

Now go to games then browse games then click on san andreas bottom left game under featured that error pops up,

I found several.

I am not bashing in any way shape or form, some things just cannot be fixed I guess,

I have stated this on the phone, in online help chat, and posted here in forums ( which were deleted not by me ) they were posted in preview regular 360 and ambassador sections.

if anyone knows how to fix this please help,

other wise I will continue to use the xbox web site to view all sale adds, which limits me to finding sales on games from xbox live on my own, and causes me to purchase from somewhere else due to not knowing it was cheaper or on sale digital from xbox (
Microsoft )

the Update has been removed - reinstalled several times with every update that ever came out for preview members, profiles deleted and re downloaded - new profiles made and tested - hdd external removed - internal removed - profile placed on internal
no external attached, profile on external no internal attached, all the same, cache cleared, unplugged , reset,

now I purchased a NEW 360 from frys and tested it NO issues looking at sale adds no errors at all. I returned it to the store and got my money back I do not need 2 360s was only a test.
