    For the past year I've been unable to view any shared content (like saved clips) on my xbox console, the app on my phone, or the website. It always has the same message that it's 'unable to find the content i'm looking for' or something similar. What happened
    and how can I fix this?

    Hi!

    Check that all content is properly installed through the "Manage Game" function. You can view all additional content and install what you need.

    Hi dgsearle!

    Are you attempting to view the content within the movie or through the video store? The bonus content is separate from the video. You would have to select it from the store page rather than the movie.
