Unable to validate EA Sports on XBOX Series X

To validate my EA Play account on new Xbox Series X a validation email needs to be sent and opened. The email is never sent. I only have one recorded method of validation (my email) so am unable to add or amend this without a validation email! in short, i am unable to play any online games from EA - so no FIFA Ultimate Team, Madden, etc

There is no way to contact EA and I have spent hours trying to resolve this matter, hence this effort for resolution. Please can someone help?

1 - Access the website https://help.ea.com/

2 - Enter your email and password in the "LOGIN' field at the top right of the page.

3 - Click on "MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT" > "IDENTITY MANAGEMENT"

4 - Scroll down until you see, "contact us"

5 - Select the platform and click on next,

6 - Fill in the fields and click on next,

7 - Choose the “LIVE CHAT” option, click on the “CHAT” option.

If it's the all Madden edition you.got.thr right version but you need to contact ea sports for the series x version
