Unable to use Xbox headset to stream.

I had a headset connected to my xbox [x] and working last night watching on mixer a stream, headset stopped working , stream got muted , unable to add a headset now [dolby access] not working either which is a paid version, it does actually set the headset
up ,but no sound,i did reset console which did nothing, instead now my samsung 4k tv has become incompatible to use 4k after xbox reset plus no compatible speakers found on the tv by xbox warning.

Is the xbox one x faulty?

To use a headset while streaming. Plug your USB headset (or microphone) into your Windows 10 PC or your chat headset into your controller before beginning Game Streaming. Your headset must be selected as the default playback and recording device on
your PC. To access this setting, open Control Panel, select Hardware and Sound, and then select Manage Audio Devices.

How to Stream Games to Windows 10

The Xbox One does not support USB Microphones. You could just use a headset for talking while streaming your games or stream using your PC, and use a USB microphone on there instead.

Unfortunately, you may not be able to use a USB headset for your Xbox One unless it is specifically made for it. You will most likely need to use a headset that plugs into your 3.5mm jack on your headset.

Alternatively, you could try streaming your Xbox to your PC and plug your headset into the PC.

Another issue I'm running into with the headset adapter + windows 10 streaming:

I docked my surface pro 2 into the docking station, which has a wired PC microphone plugged in. When I start playing (Rainbow Six Siege), the game audio is coming through my headset adapter (via the Xbos Stereo Headset), but the Windows 10 Xbox app is utilizing
my wired PC microphone instead of the Stereo Headset/Headset Adapter. I can't figure out a way to force the streaming app to use the microphone plugged into my controller...

(not sure if I should document this issue in another thread)

It seems there may be some minor issues between the Windows 10 Xbox streaming application when used with the Xbox Headset Adapter.
