Unable to use promotional DOA5LR Opoona's Outfit for Marie Rose

I unlocked/downloaded this costume during the free promotional period a while back, but since upgrading to an Xbox One X I am no longer able to get this costume to work. I have tried completely uninstalling DOA5LR. I have tried re-installing to internal
and external HD and re-download all DLC, but still unable to get this costume to work again. I have the full game and many DLC but this is the only one that doesn't work.

Problems with DLC - DOA5 Ultimate - Complete Costumes

Guys, yesterday I bought Complete DOA5 Costumes, that says: "Get all 81 costumes from DOA5 in one convenient set! This set includes the following costumes: Player's Swimwear, Hotties Swimwear, Hot Getaway, Uniform, Gym Class, Cheerleader, Christmas
Set Note: This costume was originally distributed for Dead or Alive 5. Please confirm you do not already own this costume before purchasing."

BUT, Momiji, Rachel and Marie Rose aren't with costumes! Well, I bought for all chars right? What can I do now? I'm from Brazil, and can't even send an email to Xbox, or receive a call. Momiji, Rachel and Marie Rose has Christmas and other costumes that
are in this dlc.

Erika Mari: To tell you the truth we really tested using a normal flash drive it will not recognize just like your issue.

Erika Mari: We freed space up to 8 gig and it worked.

Hey DjTez! Are you able to see the outfit listed along with the catalog on your My Games page? If possible, post up some screenshots so we can take a look at what you're seeing. Thanks!

 

Thanks for taking the time to reply, looking carefully through my DLC list (some 450 items in there) I can't see the actual costume only the catalog. I remember it being particularly buggy on the store trying to unlock it in the
first place so maybe it never worked in the first place and a number of other people had problems at the time, so I wonder if anyone else actually got it working on Xbox One?

 

Hey DjTez! Unfortunately if you do not see the DLC listed you will not be able to use the outfit. The catalog will still allow you to play against users that have the outfit selected. Thanks!
