    I have this credit card which cannot be used as a payment method, there is money on it, I've used it before on Xbox Live. I'm trying to get the Xbox Live 1 Month Gold Free Trial and this card isn't working. I also have other prepaid debit cards that have
    a few pennies on them that I'm attempting to use but none of them are working. Is this service down right now or is my card being rejected from Xbox? I used this card last time I needed to use this. Please help.

    Hello,

    clearly this is a problem of billing and for that reason you should contact xbox live support because this issue can't be solved through forums!

    Hell there,

    The status code 80070428 means that you missed your Auto renewal, you must have had an invalid card when the auto renewal happened.

    Do you have the email of your suspended account?

    If so you will have to contact support by phone, you will have to verify your the account holder of the suspended.

    Click on Request a call back and they will contact you as soon as possible.

    UNABLE TO ACCESS PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Only recent versions of IE can make a PC 'Trusted' and only IE can access the cookies used to show a PC is 'Trusted'. Sorry, no Trusted Macs, tablets or Linux boxen.
    It also requires installing
    http://windows.microsoft.com/.../essentials-home

    Go on a PC to http://account.live.com , sign in there, and then click on Edit Security Info below.

    Select Add under Trusted PC and it will walk you through the steps to make your PC 'Trusted' which eliminates the need for verify codes.
