    Unable to use my Proximus TV V5 decoder via OneGuide


    Hi Gents,

    I try to configure the OneGuide application in order to use my decoder.

    When I introduce the brand of the decoder and the 3 first letters of the model, my decoder is not available in the list displayed by the configurator.

    The only way for configuring OneGuide is to introduce the IR code of the decoder remote control. But I don't know it and my tv provider is not able to give me this code

    I'm from Belgium and my service provider for the television decoder is Proximus.

    Here are the information about the decoder:

    Brand: Cisco

    Model: ISB8320-E

    Provider: Proximus-Wallonie

    Is there anyone who can help me to complete the configuration?

    OneGuide hub/tab is missing on my Xbox One.

    My Xbox One has been connected to a decoder (Cable TV) through HDMI and I have real TV picture during setup. The Xbox also says the decoder has been successfully installed.

    But I've only got Home, Store and Games tabs visible, OneGuide is missing. How do I "activate" OneGuide to make is visible as a tab? Do OneGuide require Live Gold memebership?

    Just put in your APO zip code. It will say not found, then type in your AFN decoder brand. Mine is a Cisco. Use the Guide Me. It works, however you won't have use OneGuide for AFN listings.
