Unable to use mouse on Web browsers

Discus and support Unable to use mouse on Web browsers in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I'm on the beta preview, not sure if this is a problem with the OS specifically but unable to navigate web browsers using the mouse.     Unable to use mouse on Web browsers


    I'm on the beta preview, not sure if this is a problem with the OS specifically but unable to navigate web browsers using the mouse. I feel this issue need to be sorted especially due to kids and teens doing work from home as it'll allow them to easily do work on the xbox as navigating websites using the controller isn't as easy.

    Some games i beleve you Can use a keyboard and mouse, and writing messages or if you are on social media or web browser on xbox. Easier and faster than using a controller.

    I can see your point that it would be easier to use a mouse while browser the web, but seeing as that console browsers are so watered down (ex: no flash) most people will just go to their computers to surf the web. Also it's just another device that you
    have to either keep changing batteries or another wire to hook into your XBOX.. don't need it. Don't really want it.

    none, internet explorer is no longer supported, also the xbox 360 just does not have enough grunt to browse the internet these days, it has 512mb of shared ram, it is ancient.
