Unable to use console streaming with a moderate NAT to mobile devices

I have posted this issue in the mega thread, and have left feedback, but wanted to create my own thread to report this issue again. Firstly, due to the time I spend away from home, console streaming for me will be a game changing event, so I really want it to work.

I live in a rural part of the UK, which is amazing apart from the poor BT internet (7meg down, 1meg up) so I have a 4g router in my home with an unlimited data EE SIM card which runs all the gaming devices (40meg down, 30meg up). The console streaming test is all good, apart from a moderate NAT. I have tried a lot of things to get this Open - static IP in DMZ -but it remains moderate.

This setup, with an Android device connected on any WiFi connection, and on the same EE network as the xbox is connected to, works great on console streaming. This setup, on any other mobile connection, refuses to connect to the xbox so console streaming won’t work. The error I get is “unable to connect to Xbox”. This is identical across 1.Android phone, 2.android tablet tethered to iPhone, 3.Android tablet tethered to mifi device. In all of these situations I have connected the device to a public WiFi and it works, then switch back to mobile and it doesn’t.

The problem therefore maybe the moderate NAT preventing connection to other mobile devices? Just thought I needed to flag it in more detail than the report a problem system allows.
