    Unable to use code for redeemed vault prize


    Hi,

    I recently received 2 codes for content I redeemed from the vault. I am unable to use the code for 7 days World of Tanks Premium as I get the following error message:

    I have never previously redeemed a 7 day Premium code from the vault, or to my knowledge purchased the same thing from the MS store. It should be entirely possible to redeem multiple premium codes as the game will just accumulate premium time, so I'm not
    sure why there is a restriction on a single purchase.

    Is there a way to resolve this, or can I get a refund for the gems used?

    Once again thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer, and I really appreciate the help you have already provided to get this far.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to our Vault team to investigate. Please keep in mind that since this prize can only be activated once per account, you will be unable to redeem both these codes to your account. However, once
    our Vault team is able to resolve this issue and provide you your codes, you can send one to a friend that has not yet redeemed this bundle for their account.

    Since this 7 day subscription is a special promotional code, you can only have one of these redeemed to your account. You previously received a 7 day code from a World of Tanks FREEdom promotion in the past (the special FREEdom in January and February that
    had a specific World of Tanks component). We'll reach out to our web team to see if they can perform some kind of roll-back on your account. In the meanwhile, you can give that 7 day code to a friend; just make sure that they haven't already redeemed a 7 day
    code from Xbox Live Rewards.
