Unable to use capture in games

I don’t know who to contact but whenever I get into a match in battlefield 4, the menu for capturing clips and stuff disappears and it says that “capturing is disabled”. Does anyone know how I could fix this or is this something I should contact EA about?

You could try the following troubleshooting steps to refresh the system, but if that wasn't helpful you will need to contact the developer of the game for further assistance.

Th steps:

Access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Is this issue you're seeing being unable to record clips or take screenshots happening in any game you try on your Xbox One console or just a particular game?

Just to double-check, when you go to Settings>Preferences>Broadcast & capture, is "Allow broadcasts and game captures" toggled on?

it isnt using screen capturing but game capture, this means it will only capture the game and nothing else. completely normal.

A lot of the more serious Twitch users use capture cards like the Elgato Game Capture

This will include all video and audio.

the Game Bar automatically still turns off, because I unable to operate as the instruction of the solution. The folder used to saved the captured videos doesn't exsit. I even cannpt find the user folder named . For detailed information, you can review my previous reply.
