Unable to upload using Upload Studio

Hi all, hopefully somebody can help..

Yesterday I wanted to upload a clip via the Upload Studio however it kept failing at 96% with the following error...

"Sorry, something went wrong there..

We were unable to upload your clip.

Please check your internet connection and try again..."

What I noticed was that as soon as it finished rendering; the Upload icon (looks like the top part of an arrow pointing up) immediately had a cross next to it suggesting it failed, it still tried to send to Onedrive though until it got to the 96% mark then
died.

The 2 options I have is " Discard video and start again" or "Retry failed providers" If I select "Retry..." it doesnt seem to attempt to try to upload again and comebacks straight back to the same error.

I've tried various clips of different sizes (even as small as 3 seconds) but it always failed at 95 or 96%. I've also tried selecting just Upload (in which case it displays the same error as soon as it finishes rendering), tried with or without tags but
the same error is always displayed.

I've spoken to Support and we went through pretty much everything (hard reboot, delete and redownload profile, uninstall and reinstall Upload Studio, testing my connection) but nothing worked. The only other option he gave me was a factory reset which tbh
I'm not prepared to do as it would take me days to redownload all the games/updates I have on here. Has anyone else come across this issue or have any possible solutions (that don't require a factory reset)

Upload Studio/Game DVR won't work!!

Upload Studio seems to have been broken for about 2 weeks now, I am unable to upload a clip of any kind thru the Upload Studio, I have to upload them thru my clip manager.

 

Problem with Upload Studio and OneDrive

Edit your clip using Upload Studio and then select the Upload option. The next screen will have an option to upload to OneDrive as well.

 

My Upload Studio will happily share to OneDrive, but always fails when trying to share to Upload.

I've tried the usual suggestions... reboot, power cycle, remove and re-add the account, etc. Nothing worked.

I know various other people who have been having the same problem for a while now, with no fix

 

Oh, but regarding a factory reset losing everything:

I recommend getting an external USB3 HDD and moving all of your games and apps to it.

As well as benefitting from better load times than using the internal HDD, you'll also still have everything safe should you ever do a factory reset.

 

My son still have this issue. Any solution?
