    Unable to Upload Gamerpic Via Mobile App (Iphone)


    I was recently suspended for having an inappropriate gamerpic, it was a little joke between me and my friends. The suspension was 24 hours long and ended about a day ago. I wasn't able to change the pic during that 24 hours because of the suspension. But
    now it's over, and I'm still not able to re-upload another picture. when I goto my account page on the mobile app it says 'You can edit your avatar in the PC app or on a console" and when I goto change the picture it says "Because of your past behavior, you
    can't upload custom images. Learn more at https://enforcement.xbox.com" Does this mean I'll never ever be able to upload another custom image or there's something wrong? Help.

    Can't upload custom gamer pic

    Only those in the Alpha ring can upload gamerpics via the console. You can upload them through the Xbox beta app on Windows 10.

    Trying to upload custom gamerpic

    You need to be in the Alpha ring of the insider program to upload custom gamerpics via your console.

    Or you can do it via the xbox beta app on a windows 10 pc.

    you can use the Xbox App or Mobile App to upload any Pictures.

    but actual the "GamerPic" Feature is deactivated.

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been unable to setup a custom gamerpic through our mobile Xbox App. Are you receiving any sort of error code or message when attempting to do so? Note, child accounts are restricted from uploading custom
    gamerpics so make sure you are using an adult account. Let us know! :D

    How do you get custom gamerpic?

    I use the iOS Xbox app and upload via going to profile, customize, then choose your gamerpic.
