Unable to upload clips or screenshots via the xbox app

Hello,

I am unable to upload clips or screenshots via the xbox app or the xbox beta app on windows on my main gamertag, it's "" however I AM able to upload content through the app on another gamertag. I checked my settings through xbox.com and everything
is set to allow regarding creating and sharing content and I have no problem uploading content through the xbox one. The problem seems to be limited to the Xbox app and this gamertag. I also checked the settings on the app and I didn't see anything that would
prevent me from uploading content. It seems as though it's being blocked. I spoke to a customer support rep today and we went over my enforcement history and there were no active suspensions or anything related to that. The rep was unable to escalate this
issue since this specific issue does not have an escalation form, i.e. connectivity or app issues related to creating/sharing content. The advice I was given was to create a post in the forums and request help via a connectivity engineer or possibly an enforcement
rep to make sure there isn't a connectivity issue between that specific gamertag and the servers. It's just very odd that I have no problem sharing the same clip via my secondary gamertag, the issue only seems to be isolated. I appreciate the assistance and
hopefully we can get this resolved because creating content is my main activity regarding xbox. Thanks!

EDITED and SAVED Upload Clips from a MONTH ago all the way back to ALMOST LAUNCH DAY GONE!

I would want to know if I delete all my saved clips and screenshots from the Upload app in the console, are all of them deleted from my profile also? Or are they all still "in the cloud"? Should I upload all clips/screenshots to OneDrive before deleting
them from Upload? Thanks

I am able to upload clips and screenshots from Microsoft store games on PC, but not others. Tabletop Simulator is "not recognized" and StarCitizen shows that second image you posted. Attached for clarity. I'm certain it is not my
account preferences or past behavior (i can upload State of Decay 2 vids and ss). Please HELP!

• Are there any error messages when you tried to upload?
• Were you able to upload using the same account before?
