    Unable to upload a custom gamerpic


    I'm wanting to have a custom gamerpic like my friends but annoyingly I'm unable to have one currently.

    I've checked videos on how to do it and the "Choose a custom picture" button doesn't exist for me.

    I have no violations nor is my account a child account (I think)

    What am I doing wrong?

    The app allows it. Also you can use a USB.
    I have pretty much tried everything at this point all from the app, the usb, logging out of my account and logging in again as some sites said? i just can't get it to work

    Hi thank you for getting in touch to help my situation.

    I'll try the steps you've linked but before I do how do i find out whether my account a child account or not?

    My DOB is set to my correct DOB as being born in 2000 so not sure how i would even qualify for a child account.

    The app allows it. Also you can use a USB.
    It does not work either....i have tried the app, the USB, i have tried to log off my account on the xbox and log on again yet still nothing?

    UPDATE:

    After messing about I found out that the only place I can upload a custom image is through Xbox Companion.

    Finally got a custom image for my Xbox profile.
