    Unable to upload a custom gamer pic to my account?


    Greetings.

    I have already posted another post before this one a few days ago, however i was sadly unable to get any helpful advices or tips from there, so i wanted to try and post another one, in hope of getting any new info, advices or tips i could try.

    I have for some reason been unable to in the last few days to upload any custom gamer pics to my account, and from what i have been able to gather it has nothing to do with ¨past behavior¨ of any kind? since i checked at it said it was all ok? i also read
    that a reason could be because you're account was not an adult one? however that was not an issue before where i used the custom function without any issues, so i kinda doubt that was the reason?, but i still tried to change it to an adult account however
    to no effect.

    I have also tried all methods i know of to try and change it, like both the normal Xbox app and Xbox beta version where i have both of them on both my phone and PC, however to still no effect on either one of them.

    I also tried USB version and it sadly did not work either...I also heard about something called ¨Games for windows live¨ if i remember their name right? where i read i was able to change it that way? however upon trying to open it, it crashed soon after
    and at time sit just outright refused to work.

    I hate to admit it but i'm sadly at a lose now, and i'm not really sure what else i could try or do to make it work?

    Xbox Custom Gamer Pics No Longer Working

    I'm unable to use, or upload, a custom gamer pic on Xbox Live. As I scroll through my friends list, not a single one of them still has their custom gamer pic either, so at least I know it's not just me.

    My custom gamer picture won't upload

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.

    It's not worth the hassle right now because uploading custom gamer pictures are disabled by Microsoft. No one can upload custom gamer pics at present due to the ongoing pandemic.
