    Unable to upgrade to Premium


    Im not able to upgrade to premium in Microsoft Jigsaw, Spent an hour on the phone with a service tech by the name of Jason (in Florida) 8 days ago! At which time promised to fix the problem. Here it is 8 days later NO RESPONSE AT ALL! NOT 1 EMAIL OR PHONE
    CALL!

    Unable to upgrade to premium

    had premium that ran out 29/11/2016 but am no longer able to upgrade. am running win10, message says we notice you have paid for premium which runs to 29/11/2016 but when I click on want to play without ads it wont go any further than 'sorry something
    went wrong'

    Unable to upgrade to premium in iOS

    My free premium solitaire in iOS has just expired, and I have tried to sign up for the paid versions both monthly and yearly, and keep receiving an error message.

    I'm not happy that my windows 10 premium doesn't carry over to iOS as it is, but to not even be able to remove the ads is going to make me uninstall it if I can't get a resolution.

    BF4 Deluxe or Premium?

    Not exactly. There is a "small fee" to upgrade from BF4 on the 360 to the Xbox One ($9.99) but NOT a fee for the premium. "Premium" it transfers to the Xbox One version at no additional costs. There's a distinction between the game BF4 and "Premium", folks
    since premium is a separate purchase.

    .

    In short, the "upgrade" does transfer for free, not for a fee.

    Just rechecked and it's still asking me to pay again for this premium. Rather annoying. I don't see the point in using the upgrade anymore as it just causes these problems.

    I am still unable to download my gorge map on call of duty from the same type of deal.
