    Unable to update Xbox Series X, Previous Owner enrolled in Insider Program


    Hello, hoping to recieve some support for this. I have an Xbox Series X that when started goes through an update process and then gives the error "There was a problem with the update".

    It gives error codes: "0x8B050084, 0x00000000, and 0x00000201", I have tried to do some research and it appears some people have had success with unenrolling their xbox from the insider program, but the one issue is I purchased this xbox second hand and I believe was enrolled by the previous owner and I am unable to request for him to remove this xbox.

    I am an insider myself, but was curious if anyone had any suggestions or if the insider team would be able to assist with removing this console id from the insider program?

    is the console pre owned as the previous owner could have enrolled it in the insider program and not removed it.

    is it just the main console update or is it game updates too.

    Neither of these work, so the problem is when it gets to about 10% it says that “something went wrong”. And when the console starts it automatically goes to troubleshoot screen. Like i said thr previous owner enrolled the console in the insider program
    so idk if that changes the way to fix the issue...
