Unable to update privacy settings.

After hours of trying to get access on my privacy settings to be able to play realms on Minecraft, after changing the settings to allow me to do so i pressed submit and it takes a while to respond and when it does it responds with A unexpected error has occurred, I don't know what to do to fix this.

Please Help

Clear your browser history (how to do) and navigate to https://account.xbox.com/settings

Furthermore, check the date of birth on your profile page because only an adult account has the ability to customize profile's privacy and online safety settings:

When I try and download the battlefront beta it won't let me with the 0x8ca50004 error saying I need to change my privacy and online settings. Then I can't change it for some reason help!

if that doesnt work you should try contacting xbox at 1-800-469-9269 and see if they can help resolve ur issue

Yes but even the parental account has the same issue.
