    Unable to unsubscribe from xbox live rewards email


    Hello,

    I receive the email "xbox live rewards" for an account closed many years ago.

    The closed account is "freeman0774" and had the same email address of my active account "".

    I've tried lots of times to unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link of the email but nothing happened;

    I'm still continue receiving this email.

    Is there a solution for this?

    It seems I have two Xbox live rewards accounts combined into one account.

    I regularly receive an email from the Xbox live rewards program addressed to my old gamertag and it's associated email. When I select the link within this email to unsubscribe from the Xbox live rewards program, I am taken to my new and current gamertag
    and it's associated account. I want to unsubscribe and delete this old account so that it is no longer 'attached' to my new and current gamertag and xbox live rewards account. Please help.

    In order to stop the send of these emails, we will have to opt you out of the program and close this account. Do you wish for us to close the "freeman0774" account?

    Accidentally unsubscribed from Xbox e-mail
