    Unable to Unroll from Xbox Insider Program


    I bought this Xbox from a second hand shop and when I go to the insider hub to unroll it from Insider builds I am prompted to sign in with the Xbox account used for it. Since this is second hand I do not have that information. I am unable to boot without getting any startup errors and I cannot perform and OSU update because it is an Insider build.

    Yeah it sounds like your in the insider program. Thats a reason i unrolled from it

    You can unregister your console via the Insider app
    I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

    preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program

    I was directed to the Xbox insider hub on Microsoft store and I was able to unroll from Minecraft beta thank you very much.
