Unable to unpack games on Gamepass on Windows 11

ok, gaming on windows 11 is also worse than 10, the windows store and xbox gamepass are disconnected and feel very clunky, this is from extensive testing too.

New Windows Install, fresh nothin in it, only FH5 and guess what?

The same stupid behavior. What is it? Why a Xbox ''GamePass'' game disables the Windows 11 adapter? Why?
