Unable to unlock any 360 Achievements and what was there is missing

It shows an enforcement from 2 years ago but I contacted support at the time as my profile was hacked from somewhere in South America and the enforcement mentions nothing about gamer score/ achievements

Check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you haven’t had a GS correction. This would make it impossible to re earn any achievements you might have already had. It could be the common glitch that will fix itself within a few days. But check enforcement first.

Did you unlock the achievement on the One or on the 360? I had this problem -- where my gamerscore on the 360 was missing the gamerscore I had earned on the One. However, once I unlocked another achievement on the One -- not the 360 -- it updated on the
360.

Okay, I was finally able to upload my files, so here are the pictures that I took a few months ago:
First off, I just noticed that a lot of my unlocked achievements for the game are shown differently on the website compared to my Xbox 360! It seems to show that I've unlocked certain achievements ahead of others that I unlocked before them, which doesn't
really make sense! Anyways, I'm missing three achievements and I should have 32/38 achievements unlocked instead of the 29/38 achievements shown unlocked on the website! If you look at the first picture, it says that I've only unlocked 29/38 achievements just
like the website, but if you look at the other pictures, it clearly shows that I have 32/38 achievements unlocked! I unlocked all three of them on 4/6/2013! I'm missing the Kurisu and the Scavenger achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the Like a
Scavenger achievement, I'm missing the Clear a stage with Kurisu achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the Travel to Another World achievement, and I'm missing the Kurisu and Phantom Breaker achievement for 10G that I unlocked right after the missing
Clear a stage with Kurisu achievement! Those are the three achievements that I unlocked on 4/6/2013 that I'm missing in that exact order for a total of 30G!
I really hope that my problem will finally be fixed now that I've gone through all that trouble! Thank you for your time! I really appreciate it!
