    Unable to unlock achievements or open marketplace rewards


    I am currently unable to unlock the following achievements:

    Endurance DLC - One way to do it, Who needs a map?

    Baba Yaga DLC - Persuasive argument

    I have followed the steps found in previous threads about this issue and have not had success. I have even removed my account from my Xbox One, restarted the system and re-logged into my account. I then performed the steps in game needed to unlock the achievements
    and still had no success.

    I also have a number of card packs pending in my markeplace tab however each time I try to open them I am told they have already been redeemed. This is unlikely as I do not have access to the Endurance mode-specific cards that were meant to have come with
    the DLC. Nor do I have the Anniversary skins that were meant to have come with the Tomb Raider 20 DLC.

    My system is an Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold account, all DLC purchased separately.

    Error code: 0x87c40011 Cant open or unlock achievements. This has been for 2 days now and it is realy annoying when is this gonna be fixed? cant open achievements, leaderbords, compare achievements with friends and no achievements will unlock on Xbox One.

    The Xbox Live Rewards team is unable to assist in achievement unlocking issues. You will need to post in the achievements forum OR the individual forums for the titles you are having issues with.

    Lots of bugs in the achievements on this game. I have the ultra edition and some achievements open early, while frequently rewards (unlocked colors) don't open when the requirements are met.

    You already get reward points for unlocking achievements, You get 50 reward points a day for unlocking an achievement. You also unlock reward points for unlocking achievements in game pass games if you have game pass, as well as playing game pass games, and PC games from the Microsoft Store too. You can also unlock points by doing certain activities in games as well.
