Unable to unlock achievement "Gnocchi Thursday" in the game "NERO"

I am having trouble unlocking the achievement "Gnocchi Thursday" on the Xbox one in the game "NERO". I have fulfilled the requirements multiple times.

I have: deleted and redownloaded my profile as well as the game, deleted my save for the game and tried on a fresh save file, tried on a different xbox one (on which a friend was able to succesfully unlock the achievement). I have tried all the suggestions

I have also cleared the alternate MAC, changed my language and locale, and performed a factory restore. It does not show as "Done. Unlocking...", it just shows as locked.

I contacted the developers, asking if there was any chance it had somehow recorded me as having gotten the achievement the 1st time and was not actually notifying Microsoft on any of my subsequent attempts. They responded:

"I was already sure but I wanted to check a second time and our case is actually not related to that implementation way. Every time the game starts it checks if it's thursday, in that case the gnocchi plate remains there. You can always interact with that object
and everytime you do so a message is sent via Microsoft XboxOne Service. So everytime you interact with the gnocchi plate we send the message of unlocked achievement. The only possibile way it can fail is related to: bad network connection or achievement already
unlocked. In your case both problems are checked and tested so it seems to be a MS problem. For some reason that achievement in your account is set to unlocked state without showing it or giving you points. This problem is very strange however I can confirm
that is not related to the code of the game. Nothing in our scripts is checking the state of that achievement before sending information or flagging something in local storage or account cloud sorage. We send a simple unlock message everytime."

I contacted chat support on Thursday 6/23 ans spoke to "Neil". They told me to create a post here (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.) in the Account & Console Enforcement forum. I did so immediately. They indicated I should get
a response in 24-48 hours. That time has passed and I haven't heard anything. Is that the appropriate place to follow up with this?

I contacted support again 6/27, they had me clear the alternate MAC, change my locale and language, and do a factory restore. None of this had any effect.

Nero achievement- Gnocchi Thursday

I tried getting this achievement pick up the food on Thursday(Today), the achievement didn't pop restarted still nothing, also hard restarted the xbox did nothing.

Scroll down till section 3 and fill the apposite survey. After that play the game again and fulfill the conditions to unlock the achievement.

 

As I said in the 2nd paragraph. I already tried everything in that post, with the exception of the survey (which I just did now).

 

And I read attentively your post, I noticed that is the only step you haven't tried (and the most important) so I suggested you that solution.

Unfortunately it says of the survey: " Please note that there will be no individual investigation or responses. This survey is for our information purposes only. "

So that really wont do anything to directly help my situation. Thanks for reading my wall of text though.

 

If you had the patience to read till the end the support page also states: "For anyone who previously submitted a survey: You will not receive a response, but please rest assured that your information has been captured and passed along to the proper teams"

i did read that. my interpretation of that (when taken with the sentence above) is that the 'proper teams' will not be addressing your personal issue, but are looking only at the bigger picture.

The survey is sent to the team that works with Achievements. So what you're going to want to do, is keep checking the game for resolution every 72 hours after filling out the survey. Making sure to follow the steps each time before you fill out the survey.

The teams don't contact you directly about the situation, but rest assured that they do investigate.
