Unable to unlock accounts.

This has been going on for a while now, but Microsoft has been relocking my brothers' accounts on xbox. They can't sign in unless I go onto the site and input a phone number to unlock them. According to a support page, all I need to do is unlock it and
change the password to complete the unlocking progress, but the day after, I have to unlock it again. Unfortunately, I've used to phone number too many times that the "usage limit" on the number has exceeded. It's been a few days since I've been able to unlock
them. I tried talking to an agent but it currently says I'm unable to due to long waiting times and makes me choose between talking to another gamer or look at the community forums. I had to unlock my account and my other brothers' account only once, why do
I have to do their accounts more than once?

We each have our accounts on our 2 consoles. We don't have "sign-in with password" on so we can log in whenever we want. I don't think they even have 2FA on consoles. I don't know what you mean by "all the Microsoft accounts are generally linked" but they
all have different emails. Only I know the email and pass of one of the accounts so nobody can try signing into it besides me, yet it still gets locked.

Hi Mate,

As all the Microsoft accounts are generally linked, could there be something else that is constantly trying to sign into that account with an incorrect password? Like email polling from a phone or mobile device which in turn will lock the account due to
too many incorrect account given it sounds like you have 2FA turned on. Left logged in but with an incorrect account.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to unlock an achievement on your account.

The tracking and unlocking of this achievement have been removed from the Xbox One.

Although you may have a code, and have discovered alternate means to track this, there would still no longer be a way to effectively unlock this achievement onto your account.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
