Unable to uninstall a game

I updated my titanfall game yesterday but it says 'ready to start' on the app icon and I can't uninstall the game? Can this be fixed?

Also, I uninstalled the zoo tycoon demo a while back, yet a faded app icon is still there saying 'ready to install' how can I remove this as it gives me no further options?

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

 

When you highlight Titanfall in My Games & Apps, have you tried pressing the Menu button (three horizontal lines, in place of 360's Start button) and selecting Uninstall/Delete? Try selecting Manage Game and see if you can do it from that screen instead.

Let us know how you get on, or what happens when you try this - including any error codes or messages.

 

I have done both these options but nothing happens after I select uninstall, also nothing happens when I click on the option to pause installation. Although, the installation of the update is finished as I can play the game

 

OK, try a complete power cycle (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) and see if that helps at all.

The Zoo Tycoon demo. Where does the tile appear? In the main list with all the other games, or off to the right on a grey pane? If it's on that grey pane, then this is not a bug - this would be your owned content that is not currently installed on the hard
drive, and works as your download history from which you can redownload any previously-purchased content.

If it's in the main list, then I'm not sure what causes it or how to fix it. Namely, I have the same thing on my own console after one of the earlier system updates, and I know of a couple others with the same thing. It persists despite various things I've
tried.

 

It's on the main list, but the strange thing is it looks like the full game, which I've never owned and the demo is listed on the side panel

 

Yeah, I have that too. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for removing it; I've tried several methods myself, and I have spoken with some others who I know are seeing the same, but it persists.

 

Hopefully will be fixed on a future update

 

I want to uninstall unused game apps from my computor got them from Stores also need to get Snap Attack sync'd in with my account at present ican only log in as guest
