Unable to unblock achievements

Has it been over 72 hours since you've unlock the achievement? Kindly also sign in at Xbox.com. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements. Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock. If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

No problem. However just to be sure, check around. If it is only a problem with CO-OP achievements I found this...

Another well known glitch is the co-op story achievement not unlocking.

To resolve this you must make sure to start from CO-OP in the main menu screen, then invite your partner in, make sure you don't miss out on missions with each other & don't even play with anyone apart from your partner on that save.

As for cheats there are a lot but they will disable achievements however there are 3 cheats that will not harm your achievements:

Gyro Daddy helicopter (two person mini-helicopter) #4976

Destroy UFO (two person flying saucer) #728237

Peewee mini-bike (very small mini-bike) #7266837

[/quote]So are you saying your system might have the clap? They do make different fashionable Xbox covers for that very reason. There are even ones that glow in the dark so you can find the button easily if it's dark.

I've had a couple of my games in the past have achievements not unlock properly. What you should try is clearing your cash, then going through the motions to unlock them again. Clearing your cache is good maintenance recommended by Microsoft which helps your
system to clear out things that are not needed (like clap causing toxins that the above mentioned cover failed to prevent in the first place).

Here is a page that tells you how to clear your cache. Like I said do that, then go through the motions again. It has worked for me in the past, but that doesn't mean it will work for you. Good luck.

This is the first I have heard of such a farcical idea, if it is true some aspect of either XBOX support or the developers will be able to help.

Thanks everyone for the info. I found something out. It's only my Saint's Row games that are not getting achievements. Well, I did get some when I started Saint's Row: The Third before joining Co-op. I just got an achievement in Alan Wake. That is a
relief. I've still going to contact Xbox Live about this and most of all, the makers of the Saint's Row games to find out what is going on. It's strange it's only infected those games or all the games they made. By the way, with the Saint's Row games, I
only play them in single player now.
