Unable to transfer content

I am not able to transfer my skins, textures, and mash-up packs from my 360 to my One. I have successfully transferred maps, though. I'm looking for a solution so I don't have to purchase all of my content a second time.

The problem is all anyone here can tell you is that if the online tool isn't working then you'll need to get the Support line to do it for you.

Are you referring to Minecraft contents? If yes, downloaded content you already own for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition may be downloaded again for free on Xbox One. This offer applies to downloaded content released on Xbox 360 before September 5, 2014. However,
as per Mojang, as of Feb. 25, 2016 the Xbox One digital upgrade and DLC content transfer offers are no longer available.

Content is not transferable between accounts. If you are unable to access content purchased under a banned account from another account, then it will need to be re-purchased.

Xbox Support told me to come here, which is why I posted that information. No one could really do anything with it anyway.

There are MS employees on these forums but you have already been given an answer as to what you need to do. The sooner you call support about it the sooner you can get back to gaming. Or you can wait a day or two or three for an MS employee to happen
along your post and then tell you the same information. Actually forum support has been good at responding within a few hours if even that, but why wait when you can get it done now by phone?
