I am unable to use Cloud Storage to transfer content from my old 360 to my new ONE S

Breakdown:

I had a 360 for many years and recently moved to a ONE S.

I am an adult with family members (two teens) sharing an Ultimate game pass in my name.

Trying to transfer some of the teens' saved content from 360 to ONE (eg, Skyrim saves and others) via Cloud storage.

I only recently got ultimate pass when i got the ONE console. Prior to that all 360 game saves were made to the HDD. Never previously had Gold or used Cloud storage.

I have made the ONE my home console and downloaded a number of games to it.

Back on the 360 I can see Cloud storage available on my profile with my Gold membership. The teens cannot see Cloud storage available on their 360 profiles, just an offer to purchase Gold (but I already have it). On the ONE we can all see Cloud storage available on our profiles.

I cannot use my 360 profile to copy their content to Cloud because i am not the owner.

I am aware the Cloud storage limit is 2GB. The content in question is less than 200MB.

I have tried to revert the 360 to be the home console but i cannot see any option to do this.

So can someone please tell me how to arrange for my family members sharing my ultimate pass to transfer their old content from 360 to the ONE. Much appreciated.

PS - I also tried the USB stick route, but as far as i can tell the 360 allows transfer to FAT-formatted sticks, but the ONE will only play with NTFS (?)

The 360 doesn't support sharing of subscriptions. Each account would need their own Gold. The cloud is the only way to transfer 360 data to the One.

It has been announced that Gold will no longer be required to access the cloud on the 360, but it hasn't been implemented yet.

Hey LonelyGalaxy9! If you have Cloud Storage enabled, upon starting up the game choose Cloud Storage as your main storage device. Your character should be ready and waiting for you as soon as it loads up. Also, from Xbox Home you can go to System > Storage
> Cloud Storage and choose to transfer your save game from the cloud to the HDD via copying or moving the content over. Hope this helps!

If you digitally own back-compatible Xbox 360 content on Xbox One, yes you can install it on Xbox 360. It won't transfer automatically, though. You would log onto Xbox 360 using the same Microsoft account you use on Xbox One, then go to the Marketplace
on your console and locate the game(s) you own. On that page, there should be an option to Download It Again, allowing you to install it on Xbox 360.

If you want your game save to come over, it should be available via Cloud Saved Games on Xbox 360. Please note that the cloud-save feature on Xbox 360 requires an Xbox Live Gold (or Game Pass Ultimate) subscription to access.

Cloud storage won't work with a 2 day gold trial. Requires at least a full month of Xbox Live Gold.

If you have Gold on the One you also have Gold on the 360 if you log into the console with the account that has Gold. Buy a month of Gold on the One and use that to load save games into the cloud and access them from the Xbox One. Backward compatible games
won't transfer, they need to be downloaded to Xbox One from within My Games and Apps.
