Unable to Sync Xbox Game Saves Across Multiple Consoles

That's strange as I still have the option to delete from everywhere.

Just curious are you both Neil Jeffery & running the games from external drives?

Yes my game is installed on an external drive. I also play across multiple consoles and my save does sync across the cloud

Your console may be offline as the xbox one requires internet connectivity for achievements to sync with live servers. Is there a particular game you are having issue with, or is it across multiple titles?

If your child is playing on two different Xbox consoles, make sure that his game saves and progress are properly synchronized across both devices. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

1. Check that both consoles are online: In order to sync game saves and progress across multiple consoles, both consoles must be online. Check that the consoles have a stable internet connection.

2. Check that your child is using the same Xbox Live account on both consoles: Your child should be using the same Xbox Live account on both consoles to ensure that his progress and purchases are properly syncing.

3. Wait for synchronization: It can take some time for game progress and purchases to sync between consoles. Because the data is still syncing, your child may not see his most recent purchases or progress.

Go into the network settings and choose "Go offline". That sets the console to offline mode. Game saves are stored locally whether you're online or using offline mode, however, if you're online your saves also get backed up to the cloud and will sync across
consoles if you use multiple machines.

Unfortunately there is no way to manually back up saves, so if you remove your profile from the console or you have to do a factory reset, if your saves aren't backed up the cloud they will be deleted permanently.
