Unable to sync Xbox controller with cloud gaming setup

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble syncing my Xbox controller with my cloud gaming setup, and I'm hoping someone here can help. I've followed all the usual steps, including updating the controller's firmware and ensuring my Bluetooth settings are configured correctly. Despite this, the device still won't connect properly.

I've made sure my internet connection is stable and other devices are able to access my cloud gaming platform effectively. Can anyone suggest additional troubleshooting steps or settings adjustments that might resolve this issue?

Hi Ailton,

If you want your progress to sync to your Xbox One then turning on the cloud saves on your Xbox 360 and backing up the data is required. Once that is done and after you download the game on your Xbox One, the data syncs from the cloud and creates the same
save data to your Xbox One. Follow this guide for assistance:

When you save while online, connected to xbox live, your data is synced with the cloud.

All you need to do is sign in on the new console and launch the game and it will say "syncing..." and that is when it downloads your save games.

You have to be online to sync data with the cloud. Your local save is always saved to your console. If you don't sync to the internet when you haven't in a while, if you somehow lose your saved data you can not sync it back, but you rather get the last synced
data sent to the cloud.
