Unable to switch profiles / problem with account

Hi,

My daughter has her own profile on my xbox. When we switch to her account it asks for her password, which we enter, but it then says 'Fix this on the web', there's a problem with her account, go to account.live.com, but can't find it.

It just goes to the Microsoft page and i go round in circles trying to 'fix the problem'.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Go to http://account.microsoft.com sign in with her account , if you cant sign in, select forgot password and follow the process.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

The 'fix' page comes up after we have entered the password.

So when i go to account.live.com, it comes up with the Microsoft page and i can't find the section to fix the issue. There's no notification to say there's an issue, so i just go round in circles.

Same effect in the Edge browser

I can alter all settings on the new one, but can't switch profiles.

On my primary I still get "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later." on Windows 10 settings, and can't switch profiles from that account either

If you are still unable to change the email address then contact the xbox support line they should be able to help.
