    Unable to support english language.


    Recently i have brought the final fantasy xii-2 on xbox marketplace, games on demand. It says in the description that it support English, french and Spanish but in the game everything is in japanese, it have given me the japanese version, how do i fix this??
    It wasn't stated anywhere that the game is in japanese version..Please help. My console language is in english and region singapore

    sending me rewards emails in wrong language

    All emails I am getting from live rewards are in the wrong language. I can't read them. They appear to be in German.

    I read, write, and always transact in English (US).

    My Microsoft account is english, english, english.

    My xbox region is US

    my xbox language is english

    My xbox locale is english (us)

    xbox chat support was unable to answer or even understand the problem. Zero training or usefulness.

    Language region locked?

    We got an Xbox One about 20mins ago and I'm going through settings and noticed that I'm unable to set english as a language in my region.

    How can I change language to english without setting region to US or UK?

    That would be why

    Your account region sets the language of any dlc or games on demand game based on your nationally supported language

    Consolw language doesnt affect dlc or availability of languages in live

    The region of your account and the nationally supported language dictates what languages are available in your region

    You can't as you are not in an English speaking region

    For future references the language of Dlc sand games will most likely go based on your actual region and the supported languages

    When reading the descriptions you have to remember that's for all regions and stated what is available as far as supported languages go so of there is no Russian language then in the Russia it would be in English etc

    However in language supported regions you will have thew supported language as sit goes by he majority set by your government

    Very few games will support multiple languages in-game

    The only way to get English support in a non English region would be to import

    Switching to a English region will only cause download issues

    Developers set the language for the region. Supported languages are listed before you purchase the game. If English is not listed then it cannot be set for English. If English is listed there should be an option in the game to set the language.

    "This on demand version supports English" means that it supports the English language. Some games on the marketplace only support their region specific languages, so many games on the marketplace now state what languages they support to help avoid people
    downloading games in a language that is foreign to their native language.
