Unable to subscribe to Xbox live gold with the $1 promotion but the charges were applied

Hi. I´ve been trying since 7 days ago to pay the promotion of 1 dollar for 1 month Xbox live gold suscription with different credit and debit cards without sucess, but different charges in my account were applied. I´m disappointed about this service as it
has been consuming me a lot of time and in 11 hrs the promoton will be closed, additionally Microsoft have applied 5 charges to my bank account. I hope you fix this as soons as possible and allow me to try Xbox live gold service and, in parallel, correct the
mistakes of the charges.

Games with Gold

It appears that I'm unable to purchase Battlefield 1 for free as part of the Games with Gold promotion, because I also subscribe to EA Access. The Microsoft Store on XBox says I own it, so I have no option to purchase it within Games with Gold. What
I fear though, is that I don't actually own it and that if I were to unsubscribe to EA Access in the future I would no longer own a copy of Battlefield 1. Is there a way to make sure I can take advantage of the Games with Gold deal, while still being currently
subscribed to EA Access?

If you're unable to take advantage of the 1$ Game Pass promotion, that would indicate you have already used a Game Pass trial on your Xbox Live account. To qualify for this promotion, you must be a new Game Pass subscriber. Apologies for any frustration

Those charges are most likely validation charges which are small charges made to test your payment method and they drop off after 24-48 hours.

Hello Zack,

Were you a new subscriber when you purchased the Xbox live? If you had Xbox live and purchased this then you are not eligible for the promotion. As this promotion was for new subscribers or if they cancelled the Xbox live subscription before 10/1/2018.

Hello Acandy21, in these homes the $1 promotion, it is only for new accounts or accounts that have never purchased a promotion, as already had Live Gold active in your account, when proceeding to payment the system did not apply the promotion and charged the normal value of Ultimate.
