Unable to Subscribe to Minecraft Bedrock Realms Due to Region Issue

Hello everyone,

I’m facing an issue when trying to subscribe to Minecraft Bedrock Realms. When I click on the subscription option, a pop-up window appears asking me to fill in my account address. However, the default country is set to the United States, and there is no option to change it to another country.

I’ve already checked my Microsoft account region, and it is correctly set to Malaysia, so I’m not sure why I can’t select my actual country in the subscription window.

Because of this, I’m unable to complete the subscription process. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there any solution to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I understand your concern. Try to check your PC region because it might be set to US.

Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region > Check the country/region.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're unable to connect to a buddy in Minecraft. Its possible that you're unable to connect with your other friend due to a NAT type issue on their end, since you've successfully
been able to connect with others on your end. However, you did say that there are already 4 others in there with you and with Minecraft: Windows 10 edition, you'd be limited to playing with 4 others online (or locally) unless you are subscribers of Minecraft
Realms (this allows up to 10).

There is an issue at the moment with Minecraft Realms for both Bedrock and Java. Mojang is working on getting it fixed as soon as possible.

There is no fix for this issue until Mojang has the issue sorted on their side.
