    Unable to subscribe to any tier of Game Pass


    After completing the 2 months for $2 promotion of Game Pass Ultimate, I am unable to subscribe to Game Pass for PC or Game Pass Ultimate. When I try to subscribe to either option in the Xbox (beta) app, it asks for my account pin or password, then just goes
    to a black screen. When I try to subscribe to any tier of Game Pass via the website in numerous browsers (Firefox, Chrome, edge, and IE) and across multiple devices (on my android phone, a second Windows 10 computer, and my main PC) I just get a spinning circle
    that never resolves.

    Windows is fully up to date.

    I have tried signing out of my account and signing back in, restarting the device I am on, removing all devices from my Microsoft account, removing and re-adding payment methods, and have even gone as far as resetting my Windows installation. None of this
    has worked.

    Please help. It shouldn't be this hard to pay a company for something...

    I checked the Xbox Live Server Status and everything seems to be working fine at the moment, basic question but how is your internet right now? Sometimes for me weather or other issues will cause a weak connection and I'll have problems with heavy internet
    tasks.

    No good. Same issue on mobile data. looks like it may be an issue with my Microsoft account, but i have no idea what I can do about that

    You may need to clear cache on browser. And browsing history.

    I'll give it a try when I'm out this afternoon. Good idea though. Probably the one variable I am yet to test
