    Unable to submit service repair


    I'm trying to submit a service repair but as I get to the final page I keep getting:

    "If you're having problems completing this repair order, clear the cookies for this browser and start over.

    Start over"

    I've done as it says, tried incognito, Chrome, Edge - it happens every time. Can anyone help me get this service repair booked? It's an in-warranty issue with an Xbox controller.

    i have the exact same problems, can’t submit a report clear cookies etc etc no matter what i try on different browsers and computers. Then request a call says there is an error. Unbelievably frustrating!

    Did you solve the issue at all, I’ve no idea what to do now…

    Hi,

    No I’m totally stuck still trying to get in contact with anyone. Even calling numbers I’ve found go through the automated bit then basically say go online and hang up.

    I used Chrome, it didnt work. Then Microsoft Edge and it worked just fine.

    Does this LINK work for anyone? It should take you to Microsoft's 'Request a Controller Replacement' form. I think you need to be logged into your Microsoft account first. It's the only way I could get my Elite 2 controller sorted.
