Unable to submit case review for enforcement

Discus and support Unable to submit case review for enforcement in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my son has been suspended but I’ve been on the enforcement notice but can not submit a case review.     6 years ago I received a suspension

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    double banned ? to harsh ?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review is the only way to contact them. Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If you're unable to submit a review, all you can do is wait it out.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

    If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

    If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review (if eligible).

    The forums are unable to assist with Enforcement-related matters.
