Unable to submit a service order request ( bucle on address selection )

I'm trying to request a service order to send my Xbox Series X controller to repair. It's registered and on warranty, and it has stick drifts on both sticks with only 6 months of use. However I'm stuck on the "pick your address" step. The website seems to don't recognize my address from their own address book and it only let me add a new address. it doesn't matter how many times I use the provided link to add a new address the systems keeps not recognizing those addresses ( but in address book keeps piling on the new ones ) and only let me add new ones.

So I'm in a bucle, where I'm not able to pick an address and only able to adding a new one which the system doesn't recognize either, and so, I'm unable to submit a service order request.

I used the web chat function and it allowed me to input the relevant details so they emailed me saying: 'Your exchange request has been assigned to a member of our support team. You should receive an email with additional instructions in the next 24 hours.'

It's not yet been 24 hours.

It didn't work for me at all. I gave up and won't buy anything Microsoft again.

I’m having a similar problem. When I try to make a claim for my wireless headset that’s still under warranty the process goes smoothly until the address portion. When attempted to add new address it breaks and tells me there’s a problem with the site. This is the case on 5 different devices and browsers. This has been a problem for 5-6 days now.

Hello Harry and Happy New Year, try another browser or try to abbreviate the way you spell your home address if you can't open the service order through the website, contact the Xbox service they can run for you.

have you had any joy with this yet? im in the same boat and have also attempted to arrange a call back but that is not working either.... my patience is starting to run really thin and unable to call anyone with the customer service numbers provided as it just directs you back to a call back... by far the worst customer service i have come across in a long time
