Unable to Submit a Ban Appeal After Being Banned Unfairly

Today I have been perma-banned on my xbox with "no details available". I have been banned in the past but I am confident I did nothing wrong. I have very actively been doing everything I can to avoid any kind of enforcements, but I am still facing this issue. I play games where people get very angry if you kill them or simply if they don't like you and they and their friends will spam report you and this has been a very prevalent issue for me but microsoft support just does not care. I have spent so much money on this account and literally just did a couple of days ago because I got money for my birthday, so please help me figure this out. This is something I really can't lose. I'll do anything to get my account back and keep it.

btw, I have tried other devices, as well as google chrome, microsoft edge, and clearing the cache. It did not work for me. Please help.

If the enforcement team did not lift the ban when you submitted the appeal, then the ban won't be lifted. Any permanent bans given prior to the strike system being put in place, were not lifted.

I don't have the option to appeal it tho. And theres now way or reason i should have a ban for a gamer pic that consists of an avatar of a skateboarder. Theres not a single thing inappropriate about it. And the contact support says can't contact them over the issue. So i have to just accept a wrongful ban now? And its funny this happened after the enforcement stuff changed to these strikes and stuff? So what if it happenes more for no reason and strikes build up n i cant appeal unfair bans? If i actually did something to get a ban id accept it but a perfectly acceptable gamer pic getting me a ban after 5 years of it being the same is absurd , unfair , and uncalled for . So is there a way to actually contact someone who can actually investigate this unfair ban and why it happened in the 1st place? Losing features like communication and multiplayer unfairly is not right
