Unable to Stream through the xbox one preview program trying backwards compatibility.

So Anyway since they announced backwards compatibility, xbox preview members have had access to it. I'm in the program and I streamed Mass Effect so I can broadcast my entire Insanity playthrough. This was 2 days ago and a few days before that. So I wanted
to continue today but I keep getting this error code: 0x10331196

My Issue here is that it was working and now it's not. And it acts like the game isn't recognized which is basically what the error code means.

I've tried every method I could find. The Twitch troubleshooter, various youtube videos, Hard resets, power cycling.

All others games that I've tried streaming works. I do have Perfect Dark Zero and have not tried that one to see if it worked. I'll probably try later.

So Is there like an ongoing issue here?

I was just wondering if someone could invite me to the Xbox One Preview Program, really want to try out the backwards compatibility.

Preview Program Problem

I am also part of the Preview Program, and while the last few days I had full access to the program, including backwards compatibility and wireless display, the registration showed pending until today. However, I am unable to access the Preview Program forums,
and need assistance with finding the WPS key to my Xbox One (not from my router, but from the Xbox One or the info it came with).
