Unable to stop recurring billing

I cannot acces the xbox account where the billing was setup. This is linked to a gmail account which is also not accessible.

Xbox support does not give me an option to directly speak to a support members but instead has a limited Set of answers.

Hi Nathan,

I eventually got through to a support member via the Chat platform who kindly assisted me to stop the recurring billing and gave me a refund for the months the account was not used.

You want to contact Xbox Support to stop the recurring billing if you can't access your account

Hey!

Try going to this website

account.microsoft.com/services

Then login to Microsoft and from there you can click on "manage" for the subscription you want to stop, from there just click "Change" on recurring billing to "turn off recurring billing", this will stop
you from being charged.
