Unable to stay in online games for more then 20 mins and audio cutting

Thats what ive been doing,i was shunted through 6 depts yesterday,then was cut off after 20 mins

my xbox has plenty of space around 1ft on the sides and the to has nothing above i tried it again this morning and it lasted around 6 mins before it cut off yesterday it didnt even let get on dashboard the day before i managed to play 20 mins before it went
off all the time the fans were working the power light stays green when it goes off then it sounds as though it was trying to read the disk so i have now idea whats wrong

No the controller works perfectly fine within 5 meters the problem is the AUDIO ! it keeps cutting every time, Skipping for example every 20 seconds it cuts ..Read the forums im not the only one having this problem.

once colled down it dose stay on for about 15-20 mins then goes off, power pack light goes RED!
