Unable to start/play Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

I cant play Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. I downlaoded it but when I start it, it brings me to a page that says "do you own this game or app? if not go to store". When i go to the store, it says "this game is installed". When I click "play" it brings me
back to that first screen again asking if I own this game or app. I dont have the disk as I downloaded it from Xbox Live's game of the month. If I delete it, I wont be able to get it back. How do get it to start or play? really annoying.

Accidentally deleted XBOX 360 game redemption code

I bought a Rainbow Six siege , but accidentally deleted compatible Xbox 360 game code message, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 , Can recover deleted game code message for me?

 

try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple minutes then plug everything back in power back on and try the game again.
