Unable to spend over £40 with Mobil payment.

Im having trouble with buying games from the microsoft store thats over £40 using mobile payment.

im with EE and have contacted them to try and resolve this issue but they dont seem to have a clue saying that there is no problem there end. Mu spending cap is turned off and i have no restrictions on my EE account.

i can buy games unber £40 with no problem but any thing more, the payment option cant be selected.

if any one has any idea whats going on that be great.

^^Duh, really? That is why I said "potential". There are gonna be people that spend the 40 dollars for weapons and rent the servers etc. If someone does that, than they will spend over 100 bucks.

I and everyone else knows you are not forced to buy anything, but ppl will.

to purchase it? And what exactly do you mean the subscription is removing your account?

Heres how I look at it; spend $60 on the game check spend $20 on the 1st dlc check spend $20 on the second dlc check spend $40 on the 3rd dlc check spend $20 for preorder content you missed check spend $40 on silver for emotes and masks check. Realizing
the servers are down; Priceless.

I just want to clarify, do you mean you were charged for an Xbox subscription renewal however you're unable to access your Xbox account anymore due to the old number as your security information and you wanted to change it to a new mobile number to regain access to your account?

Or do you mean you're being charged for the subscription renewal however the payment method linked currently is your old mobile payment method. You wanted to switch it to your new mobile payment method?
