Unable to snap Netflix on Xbox One

Netflix will not allow me to snap it while I play games. What do I do?

Issue since October 2014 update

Since the October 2014 update on XBOX One, I've noticed a number of issues:

1. Unable to access Display and Sound

2. Double clicking the XBOX button enabled Snap for a little while, but now doesn't work. My only option is to select the Snap icon, but I'm unable to switch between main window and Snap. I have to back out to the dashboard and switch between main and
snapped app.

3. Unable to reset to factory default.

4. XBOX One locks up when trying to access Notifications.

Hello,

If this only occurs on Netflix, you should reach out to Netflix Support. If it's with several apps, try power cycling your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and leaving it off for about 30 seconds.

I found a temporary fix if you have a 360 and an extra HDMI chord plug the xbox 360 HDMI into the xbox one

And then use the Netflix app on the 360

Go to your xbox one and instead of snapping the "Netflix" app snap the TV app

And voila

Jamesbnkc, don't go returning your Xbone just yet. This is a Netflix app problem, not an xbox problem. It normally works perfectly. I use my Xbone with Netflix snapped more often than not and have never had any problems. When netflix updated their app last
week it broke several features, snapping one of them. Give it a while longer for them to fix that and then issue your final judgment after seeing the Xbox running at its full potential.

Simpler method is to just say xbox switch to swap between snap windows , or if no kinect double tab xbox button on controller
